Merchandising Matters presents “Powerfully Position your Product,” a series of visual merchandising workshops for the smaller retailer to be hosted by downtown retailers (Outdoor Diva’s, Weekends and Prana) on 9/12, 9/13 and 9/15 from 7:30-9:30 a.m. Coffee and light breakfast will be served and in addition to the workshops, all attendees will have the option of an under-cover visit followed by an hour of visual merchandising consultation. Topics for the workshop will be: Floorset Planning; Window Setting and Mannequin Dressing; and the Magic of Add-on Sales and Cross Merchandising. Workshops are intended for retail store owners, store managers, and any sales associates who are responsible for carrying out a store’s visual merchandising. Cost of series is $99 with Downtown Boulder, Inc. and Outdoor Industry Association members receiving a 10% discount. Register by emailing .
