Speaking visually

We all know that our visual merchandising tells a story, generates sales, provides order and enhances our customer’s shopping experience.  Well, what are the ways we agree on just what merchandising program we will put into place or the direction we will go to begin the process?

A recent article on VMSD’s blog, “Creative Kickstarts:  The Art of Image-ination” is all about that pitch.  I like this article for a number of reasons:

  • The creativity of the business pitch
  • The use of visuals to generate conversation
  • The use of visuals to communicate

There are never too many reminders to think outside the box, find new ways to communicate, and most important of all:  Find out who your clients are!
